Welcome to Linkpot! By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use Linkpot.

What Linkpot Is

Linkpot is a link-in-bio tool that lets you create a simple, customizable page to share all your important links in one place. Think of it as your personal landing page for social media.

Your Account

Creating an Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkpot
• You need a valid Google account to sign up
• You must provide accurate information
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One person = one account (no sharing accounts)

Username Rules

• Usernames are first-come, first-served
• You can't impersonate others or use offensive names
• We reserve the right to reclaim inactive or inappropriate usernames

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Linkpot to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Spam, scam, or mislead people
• Violate anyone's intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Impersonate someone else
• Scrape or copy our service
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Your Content

You Own Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you post on Linkpot (links, bio, images, etc.). We don't claim ownership of your stuff.

License to Us

By posting content on Linkpot, you give us permission to:

• Display your content on your public Linkpot page
• Store and backup your content
• Make technical copies for performance (caching, CDN, etc.)

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Content Responsibility

You're responsible for your content. Make sure you have the right to share it. We're not liable for any content you post.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan

Linkpot offers a free plan with basic features. No credit card required!

Premium Plans

• Premium plans are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• You'll be charged automatically each billing period
• Premium features activate immediately upon payment

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You keep premium features until your subscription expires
• Refunds are generally not provided, but contact us if there's an issue
• We may offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis

Price Changes

We may change our pricing. We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we can't guarantee Linkpot will always be available:

• We may need to perform maintenance (we'll try to warn you)
• Technical issues happen sometimes
• We're not liable for downtime or data loss
• We recommend keeping backups of important content

Account Termination

You Can Leave Anytime

You can delete your account anytime from your settings. Your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We Can Terminate Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in illegal activity
• Abuse our service or support team
• Remain inactive for extended periods

We'll try to warn you first, but we may terminate immediately for serious violations.

Intellectual Property

Linkpot, our logo, and all related branding are our property. You can't use them without permission. The code, design, and features of Linkpot are protected by copyright and other laws.

Disclaimers

LINKPOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

This means:

• We don't guarantee the service will be error-free
• We're not responsible for content posted by users
• We don't endorse any links or content on user pages
• Use Linkpot at your own risk

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkpot and its team are not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party services we integrate with

If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or ₹1,000, whichever is less).

Third-Party Services

Linkpot integrates with third-party services:

• Google (for authentication)
• Razorpay (for payments)
• UploadThing (for image hosting)

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their actions or policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of Linkpot after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
